AGREEMENT TERMS

1. Revenue Split (Artist & Audio Track Master)All revenue generated from the exploitation of the Work, including but not limited to streaming, mechanical royalties, and digital downloads, shall be split as follows:

2. Fifty percent (50%) to the Label

3. Fifty percent (50%) to the Artist

4. Producer Royalty (Artist Responsibility)The Artist agrees that ten percent (10%) of the Artist’s share shall be paid to the Producer. The Label has no financial responsibility to the Producer.

5. Publishing RightsThe publishing generated from the Work shall be split as follows:

6. Ten percent (10%) to the Label

7. Sixty percent (60%) to the Artist

8. Thirty percent (30%) to the Producer

9. Distribution & Exploitation RightsThe Label shall have the exclusive right to distribute, market, promote, license, and exploit the Work, including synchronization (sync) placements and digital distribution.

10. Mechanical & Download RevenueAll mechanical and download revenue shall follow the fifty percent (50%) / fifty percent (50%) split between the Label and the Artist.

11. Producer Agreement RequirementThe Artist confirms that they have secured all necessary rights from the Producer and that no claims shall be made against the Label.

12. Independent Contractor StatusAll parties act as independent contractors.

13. Entire AgreementThis Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.

14. AmendmentsAny changes must be made in writing through the applicable form or system.
